Search, tailor, send
Apply to ten roles in the time one usually takes.
Search a board that ranks roles against your own résumé, build that résumé from facts you confirmed, and send several applications at once — reading exactly what each employer gets before it goes.

How it works
Three steps, and you approve all of them.
Upload a resume
We read it and draft your career facts — work history, education, skills, and the achievements behind them.
Confirm what we found
Nothing counts until you have checked it. Correct or discard anything wrong. Unconfirmed facts are never used.
Send them all at once
Pick the roles you want from the board. We group them by what your résumé is missing, so one tailoring pass covers a whole group — then you read what each employer will receive and send the batch in one click.

Roles per batch
Sent at once, after you have read each one.
2
Per company, at most
Includes roles gathered from public job feeds that link out to apply; batch apply can only reach the postings employers list here directly.
The receipts
Every sentence traces back to something you wrote.
Each line of a draft carries the achievement it came from. If you do not recognise a claim, you can see immediately where it came from — or that it had nowhere to come from.
A block that cites a fact which is not in your library does not reach you. The validator rejects it before you ever see it, which is the difference between a tool that says it will not invent your experience and one that cannot.
I led the migration of Northwind's billing service off its legacy queue, cutting median settlement time from 4 hours to 11 minutes.
CitesRebuilt billing pipeline · 4h → 11min settlement
I did it without a maintenance window, running both paths in parallel until reconciliation matched for a full cycle.

I have deep expertise in distributed systems at massive scale.

What it will not do
The limits are the product.
Everything below is enforced in code, not promised in copy. Each one is checked against the implementation before this page is ever edited.
It never applies on other companies' sites for you
No bots filling forms in your name on LinkedIn, Workday, or an employer's own ATS. That risks your accounts and gets people banned from job boards, and it is permanently off the roadmap. The only applications JobOutbound sends are to postings on its own board, from employers who agreed to receive them — and never before you have read, posting by posting, exactly what each one will get.
- No bots
- No third-party ATS
- Its own board only
It never invents experience
Drafts are built only from facts you entered and confirmed. Anything you have not verified is ineligible, and a claim with no source behind it is rejected rather than softened.
- Confirmed facts only
- Cited or rejected
It never answers the sensitive questions for you
Work authorization, sponsorship, salary, criminal history, disability, demographics — JobOutbound shows you your own saved answer, word for word. It does not draft these, and it does not guess.

Questions worth asking
Straight answers to what people ask before they trust a tool with their applications.
Can it apply to jobs for me on other companies' websites?
No. It sends applications to employers who post on this board and receive them here. Listings gathered from other job feeds link out to wherever they were posted — an aggregator site or the employer's own page — and each one names exactly where before you click.
Will it write experience I don't have?
No. Drafts are built only from facts you have confirmed, and nothing else is treated as true. Where a role asks for something your confirmed facts don't cover, it says so and leaves it out rather than inventing it.
How many roles can I apply to at once?
Up to ten in one batch, and at most two at any single company. You see exactly what each employer receives before anything is sent.
Do I need a résumé already?
No. You can build one from facts you enter here, start from a template, or upload an existing résumé and confirm what we read from it.
What does it cost?
Applying to roles one at a time is free and always will be. Sending several at once is part of a subscription.
