About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. You will approve plans concerning scheduling automated data programs and analyze projects for the improvement of supply support. You will provide a comprehensive range of information and management services to assist in customer support functions and provide logistics support to the customer. You will provide guidance, expertise and oversight of systematic changes. You will have In-depth knowledge of Procurement and Repair PR/PO within Navy ERP and ITIMP. You will have knowledge of the creation, maintenance and closure of Organic and Commercial Repair POs. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides supervision and leadership over the Procurement, Finance and Inventory Management branch, dispensing advice, guidance and assistance to geographically dispersed personnel on procedures or processes related to Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) creation and maintenance; 2) Funds management and the financial processing of budgetary objects; Organic and Commercial repair; goods issues, receipts, inventory balances, reconciliation and plant master data; 3) Funds management and the financial processing of budgetary objects; Organic and Commercial repair; goods issues, receipts, inventory balances, reconciliation and plant master data; 4) Plans, facilitates, and monitors the basic business of Procurement, Finance and Inventory Management within the command using Navy ERP, supporting customers and process owners across multiple business areas.
