About the Client Our client is a Canada-based property ownership and operations business with residential assets across Eastern and Western Canada. They are seeking a part-time Property Administrator to support both short-term and long-term rental operations. This is a remote role requiring strong English communication, property administration experience, and confidence working in Yardi Breeze and related systems. Role Overview The Property Administrator will support the day-to-day administration of a residential rental portfolio across Canada, including both short-term and long-term properties. This role includes booking and inquiry support, lease administration, rental postings, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, property tours, and general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across a remote property operation. Requirements Key Responsibilities Rental Administration Support both short-term and long-term rental operations across multiple properties Manage booking-related administrative tasks and reservation coordination Assist with lease administration and rental documentation Prepare and maintain rental postings across relevant platforms Help keep property, tenant, and booking records accurate and organized Tenant & Guest Support Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from tenants, guests, and prospective renters Support requests from both long-term tenants and short-term occupants Arrange visits, showings, and property tours as needed Maintain a high standard of written communication and customer service Maintenance & Property Coordination Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow-up for property needs Communicate with vendors, contractors, tenants, and internal contacts as required Support the scheduling of repairs, access, and related property visits Assist with ordering property or operational supplies when needed Software & Operational Support Use Yardi Breeze and other property-related software to support daily operations Perform accurate data entry and general administrative support Help maintain organized digital records and operational workflows Support properties located in both Eastern and Western Canada Mandatory Requirements Previous experience in property administration, rental coordination, or residential property support Experience supporting short-term and/or long-term rentals Hands-on experience with Yardi Breeze Strong written and spoken English Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage administrative tasks independently in a remote setting Strong responsiveness, follow-up, and customer service skills Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup Benefits Compensation & Schedule Salary: CAD $800–$1,000 per month Approx. PHP 35,000–43,000 per month Part-time remote role Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time Approx.
