About the role

You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Maintenance Analysis Branch, Supportability and Design Analysis Division, Combat Systems Test and Evaluation Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER Port Hueneme Division. You will serve as the Team Lead in the Combat Systems Test and Evaluation Department to support multiple programs and combat system elements. You will provide leadership in Maintenance Analysis, programs planning, executing, preparing, reviewing, coordinating and/or evaluating logistical actions in support of new systems acquisition or sustainment programs. You will lead personnel with a variety of logistics expertise in developing and implementing programmatic requirements from acquisition through phase out. You will provide Technical Authority services in support of the Department Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on contract(s) oversight and management. You will lead overall project schedules, maintain direct and professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and hold periodic meeting to ensure expected products and services will be delivered on time and with the highest quality. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying logistics management concepts, principles, and processes to include Maintenance Analysis, Cost analysis, Integrated Product Support, Supportability Analysis, and Integrated Logistics Support to develop logistics readiness assessments and ensure maintenance capability and material support of ships and missile systems.
