As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our departments. Available Schedule and Shifts: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3 PM-11:30 PM): Base pay of $18.50 with a shift differential of $1.00 = $19.50/hr. *Eligibility for Performance Incentive! (ARP+)* If eligible you can plan up to $ 7.53 per hour for exceeding performance expectations. Positions: Order Selection Department: Pick in assigned location(s), while using a voice picking headset system. Label boxes and move onto the conveyor line. Meet production goals. Job Requirements: *No certifications required – just a strong work ethic. * Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes per hour. Previous warehouse experience, preferred.
