About the role

This is a remote position. We are looking for Growth Managers to join Nivetha E-Academy, where you will mentor and guide aspiring e-commerce entrepreneurs. As a Growth Manager, you will act as a bridge between students and the academy, ensuring they receive the right support, resources, and motivation to succeed in their e-commerce journey. Key Responsibilities:✅ Student Engagement & Support – Assist students in building a strong connection with the academy team.✅ Student Management – Manage and communicate with an assigned batch of 100 students to ensure their progress.✅ Live Sessions & Guidance – Conduct live calls to track student progress and address their challenges.✅ E-commerce Strategy Sharing – Provide insights on sales growth, inventory management, and business optimization.✅ Community Building – Foster a supportive environment that encourages networking and collaboration.✅ Remote Work & Flexibility – Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule. Requirements ✔ E-commerce Knowledge – Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, sales strategies, and inventory management.✔ Mentorship Skills – Ability to guide and motivate students to stay on track and achieve their goals.✔ Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication in English.✔ Experience in E-commerce – Prior experience in selling online or managing e-commerce businesses is a plus.✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using online tools for communication, including Zoom, WhatsApp, and learning platforms.✔ Time Management – Ability to handle multiple students and provide timely support.✔ Commitment – Willingness to dedicate time to mentoring and supporting students consistently.
