No waiting periods.   Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability   Retirement savings plan with employer match and contributions   Colleague Referral Program to earn cash and prizes   Unlimited career growth opportunities with one of the largest Catholic healthcare organizations in the country  Tuition Reimbursement     Position Purpose:  Assists in the examination and treatment of wound clinic patients by tracking patient information, documenting in the medical record, assisting with in-office procedures and testing, administering medications, and providing patients and caregivers with educational materials, instructions, and directions.       What the Medical Assistant Will Do:   Assisting with room preparation between patient visits  Administrative duties like checking patients in and out  scheduling referrals and follow-ups  Obtaining document signatures  Taking phone calls, and providing lab results    Minimum Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED.   Successful completion of accredited/approved: MA program and MA externship, MA internship, EMT, or Paramedic program  0–1 year previous clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
