Senior Director, Marketing Position Overview and Objective Reporting to theVP ofGlobal Acquisition Marketing, theSenior Director, Marketing will be an integral part of the Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute the marketing strategy. You’ll work closely withleadership andthecorporate marketing teamto tailor and launch region-specific programs that resonate with prospective buyers, achieve pipeline goals, and equip the channel community for success.   Additionally, you’ll be responsible for digging into program performance data to identify trends, make recommendations and shape budget allocations that drive business results.  Primary Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate closely with sales and channel teams to create a quarterly, comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with region, segment and partner program goals  Own overarching marketing budget, regional demand call and metrics; evaluate results against goals and use learnings to drive improvement  Engage with marketing leadershipto understand product launch calendar, planned campaigns and programs; localize and repackage for region as appropriate  Teamupwith demand managersto optimize spend across digital channels, execute digital campaigns and create region-specific partner co-sponsorship menu  Build and execute strategic marketing plans with top channel partners comprised of joint demand programs, campaigns and partner enablement initiatives  Coordinate tradeshows, events, webinars  Establish strong relationships with focus partner marketing leaders to provide continuous feedback loop and improve ROI on joint investments  Understand Arctic Wolf marketing funnel, marketing tech stack, and library of available content   Recruit, hire and lead as themarketing team grows  Support theteam and perform all other duties and assist in other areas as needed  Key Skills Champion of our channel community, ability to design and position campaigns and programs that drive revenue for our partners, while maintaining funnel integrity  Positive, high-energy, team-focused attitude; inspirational leader  Excellent organizational and prioritization skills  Demonstrated ability to influence and proactively communicate with sales leadership  Ability to address conflict head-on, and come to the best resolution for the business  Deep understanding of marketing/sales funnel and methods by which to drive efficiencies and hit opportunity targets  Strong analytical skills; ability to measure ROI of programs and investments and use to make decisions  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; strong presentation skills  Strong experience leveraging Salesforce to track performance  Key Competencies Minimum Qualifications 10+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing, including experience managingmultipledirect reports  Experience working with US-based organization and corporate marketing team  Strong channel acumen and understanding of partner types and personas; experience marketing to- and thru-AUSMSP and reseller partners  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, English or Communications  Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%  Preferred Qualifications Environment and Physical Demands Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment. Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity. If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space. In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations. May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g. office chair, reams of paper). Travel Requirements Typically, 20% or less Exemption Statusto be reviewed by Legal Exempt Security Requirements Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information.  Each successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal background check and an employment verification as a condition of employment.  The base salary range for this job family is 196,800 to 359,200 AUD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level.
