We are seeking a skilled and innovativeEpic MyChart Analystwith deep experience in configuring and customizing theEpic MyChart code base, with a focus onenhancing the digital patient experience. This role is ideal for someone with both technical and functional expertise who thrives on translating patient and stakeholder feedback into impactful portal solutions.This position involves working on custom authentication workflows, integrating third-party applications, and enhancing the MyChart user experience through thoughtful configuration and development. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver modern and seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support Epic MyChart functionality to align with organizational goals and improve patient engagement. Implement and manage customizations within theMyChart Code module, including UI/UX modifications and authentication workflows. Translate friction points in the patient journey into system specifications and build/configuration requirements. Work with internal stakeholders to understand goals, gather requirements, and deliver on digital health strategies. Collaborate with technical teams tointegrate third-party applicationsusingEpic APIs. Support testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of patient experience applications. Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure high-quality deployment and performance. Requirements Required Qualifications: Epic MyChart certification 3–5 years of hands-on experienceconfiguring and supporting Epic MyChart and other digital front door solutions Strong technical understanding of MyChart application functionality and customization capabilities Experience developing or supportingcustom patient experience applicationsthat leverage theEpic MyChart code base Demonstrated ability to translate user experience needs into functional system requirements Experience withcustom authentication methodsand patient login workflows Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly withEpic’s MyChart Code module Background integrating3rd party apps and APIsinto Epic or other major EHR platforms Familiarity with patient engagement strategies and digital health tools Experience collaborating withproduct management, engineering, and QAteams in a healthcare IT setting Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance standards around patient data access and authentication Benefits What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
