About the role

This position is located at Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Manages the Pentagon Athletic Center (PAC) health and fitness programs that includes a wide range of activities such as games, tournaments, and special/social event for a diverse patronage. Plans, schedules, organizes, implements, conducts and evaluates PAC programs. Maintains work requests, fixed asset reports, and inventory control on all property pertinent to operation of the facility. In coordination with management, plans and executes marketing/publicity strategies to promote available recreational activities. Prepares and monitors budget for the PAC fitness program. Ensures expenditures comply with regulations and are executed within a set budget. Performs other duties as assigned. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Directly related work experience that includes any of the following: Planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating a recreational program. Demonstrated work experience must have been at a level that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for successful performance. Experience must be reflected on resume to receive credit.
