Demonstrates unit/area-designated competencies. Assists in establishing and maintaining a patient care environment that is clean, safe and conducive to patient/family well being including concepts of relationship based care.      Shifts Available: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am   Status available: Full-time   Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members.       Required Qualifications:   Education   High school diploma or GED.      Experience    Preferred minimum of one year of previous direct care experience (acute or long term) OR successful completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT course OR Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals class of a BSN program.     What you will do:   Performs nursing care as delegated by the RN in an effort to identify/attain treatment goals such as:    Assists patient in completing ADLs       Demonst Prates sterile or aseptic technique as appropriate when performing delegated activities    Assists in establishing and maintaining a patient care environment that is clean, safe, and conducive to patient/family well being      Records patient information and required data in appropriate areas in order to meet documentation and charging requirements    Completes delegated unit specific activities         Click Here to learn more about the benefits, culture and career development opportunities available to you at Trinity Health Michigan.      Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
