Account Executive, Mid Market
ZapierFull time · NAMER · Remote
AI AT ZAPIER At Zapier https://zapier.com/about, we build and use automation every day to make work more efficient, creative, and human. So if you’re using AI tools while applying here - that’s great! We just ask that you use them responsibly and transparently. Check out our guidance on How to Collaborate with AI During Zapier’s Hiring Process https://zapier.com/l/jobs/ai-at-zapier, including how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others during our hiring process - and when not to. ABOUT ZAPIER We’re on a mission to make automation work for everyone. As the leader in easy automation, Zapier empowers businesses to automate workflows and move data across 7,000+ apps. We work with what you work with, across your apps and tech stack, so you can make magic happen. We’re at an interesting inflection point at Zapier. Automation and AI are reshaping how businesses operate, and we’re right in the middle of it. We’re looking for someone who wants to help drive that innovation, not just someone who wants to hit a number. The role: you’ll be selling Zapier’s AI Orchestration platform to companies with up to 1,000 employees, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Most of your pipeline will come from you. Cold outreach, turning a warm signal into a real conversation, finding the deal before it finds you, that's the job, and we need people who are built for that part, not just willing to do it. Zapier's Mid-Market motion is early. We need architects, not order-takers. You won't inherit a playbook. You'll help write it There's more than one path to this role Likely you’ve been a top performer in SaaS sales (or consistently exceeding in mid-market, and you’re ready to step up) and can run a deal end-to-end, including prospecting. However, if you have a track record of tackling hard problems, hands-on experience with AI tools (not just familiarity), put customers first, and have a drive to make things happen you may also be a great fit for our team. Either way, what separates a good candidate from a great one is proactive ownership, the ability to navigate ambiguity, strong stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a genuine hunger to learn fast. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - You have 2-5 years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations across the mid-market levels, with a strong focus on automation, integrations, and enhancing tech stack efficiency. - Proven track record of success in closing software deals over and meeting or exceeding your sales quota - Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier, with the ability to explain their importance in modern tech ecosystems. - Demonstrated ability to discuss IT concerns, including security, scalability, compliance, and performance, in a credible and knowledgeable manner. - Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization - Ability to develop and navigate senior-level relationships quickly and effectively - You thrive in a state of ambiguity and are motivated by strong personal drive - You use AI in your work today, not occasionally, but as part of how you operate at a high level. You can point to workflows you’ve built, how your approach has evolved through iteration, and the impact on quality, efficiency, and experience while intentionally applying AI for the right outcomes, setting a high bar for outputs, and taking ownership of what ships. AI Fluency Assessment https://ai-fluency-hub.vercel.app/ - Take our 10 minute AI Fluency Assessment by clicking the link above. See how your skills stack up against our sales bar, get a personalized tier, and walk away with actionable next steps to level up your AI skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own mid-market accounts end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close, and expansion - Sell Zapier’s AI-powered automation platform to enterprises moving from manual workflows to orchestrated, AI-first operations - Show up in the field: build relationships at events, conferences, and executive briefings that go deeper than a LinkedIn connection - Build relationships across the org from the people doing the work up to the C-suite - Lead conversations that help customers think through the real business impact of automation, not just the product features - Quarterback complex deals across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product. You’re accountable for the outcome, not just your piece - Help shape how we go to market at the mid-market level; the team is small, fast, and building the motion from scratch WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY This section exists to save everyone time. - You’re coming from a large enterprise org and need a defined territory, established SDR/BDR support, and fully built enablement to be successful - You measure success by activity volume over deal quality - You want to avoid ambiguity and prefer a structured, repeatable process handed to you - You can demo a product’s features, but can’t frame the ROI or build a business case from a customer’s pain - AI is something you’ll “get around to” rather than something you’re already using WHY JOIN NOW Zapier is profitable, has been around long enough to know what we’re doing, and is growing into a bigger opportunity in AI and automation. You’ll do real work where your contributions are visible and your impact is measurable. Our team is deeply curious and always looking for innovative ways to meet and exceed our customers' needs. If breaking into AI is something you’re thinking about, there are very few companies where you’ll build with it the way you will here. We’ll take you from capable to transformative—and that’s increasingly a career-defining skill set. We are a remote-first company. We believe the people who win in AI and automation aren’t just product experts; they synthesize information, build business cases, and move faster than the competition. HOW TO APPLY At Zapier, we believe that diverse perspectives and experiences make us better, which is why we have a non-standard application process designed to promote inclusion and equity. We're looking for the best fit for each of our roles, regardless of the type of companies in your background, so we encourage you to apply even if your skills and experiences don’t exactly match the job description. All we ask is that you answer a few in-depth questions in our application that would typically be asked at the start of an interview process. This helps speed things up by letting us get to know you and your skillset a bit better right out of the gate. Please be sure to answer each question; the resume and CV fields are optional. Education is not a requirement for our roles; however, if you receive an offer, you will need to include your most recent educational experience as part of our background check process. After you apply, you are going to hear back from us—even if we don’t see an immediate fit with our team. In fact, throughout the process, we strive to never go more than seven days without letting you know the status of your application. We know we’ll make mistakes from time to time, so if you ever have questions about where you stand or about the process, just ask your recruiter! Zapier is an equal-opportunity employer and we're excited to work with talented and empathetic people of all identities. Zapier does not discriminate based on someone's identity in any aspect of hiring or employment as required by law and in line with our commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity. Our code of conduct https://zapier.com/jobs/zapier-code-of-conduct provides a beacon for the kind of company we strive to be, and we celebrate our differences because those differences are what allow us to make a product that serves a global user base. Zapier will consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, consistent with applicable laws. Zapier prioritizes the security of our customers' information and is dedicated to adhering to all applicable data privacy laws. You can review our privacy policy here https://zapier.com/legal/data-privacy. Zapier is committed to inclusion. As part of this commitment, Zapier welcomes applications from individuals with disabilities and will work to provide reasonable accommodations. If reasonable accommodations are needed to participate in the job application or interview process, please contact jobs@zapier.com. APPLICATION DEADLINE: The anticipated application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later, or if the position is filled. Even though we’re an all-remote company, we still need to be thoughtful about where we have Zapiens working. Check out this resource https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_lXQvKwuU4xXEbye7EW_En8iv1ZIMlQNmT7B2Mzbo24/edit?gid=0#gid=0 for a list of countries where we currently cannot have Zapiens permanently working.

Associate Creative Director, Growth Marketing
ChimeFull time · San Francisco, CA, USA · On site
About the Role As our Performance Creative Program expands, we're looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to guide a team of designers, copywriters, and video editors in producing original creative based on insights, learnings, and strategic briefs. You'll operate as a player-coach — designing best-in-class creative yourself while mentoring and guiding the team. You’ll work closely with the Growth Producer, Creative Strategists, and Channel Managers to produce DR-minded content at scale across performance channels, and to drive performance improvements. You're equally comfortable concepting big ideas from scratch and executing final design, and you know how to translate brand identity into high-performing creative — not just optimize within it. You're AI-native in your approach to creative work, comfortable in prompting and directing AI tools to accelerate ideation and production without sacrificing craft or brand integrity. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $145,000 and up to $200,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to Give effective creative direction and feedback across three distinct disciplines — design, copywriting, and video editing — ensuring copy, visuals, and video work cohesively together, and catching mismatches in tone, pacing, or message before final delivery Concept original creative ideas and campaigns, not just execute against existing briefs — bringing fresh thinking rooted in cultural and social trends Partner cross-functionally with Channel Managers, Creative Strategists, and brand teams — helping shape sharper, more actionable briefs, understanding what creative is winning and why, and ensuring DR creative stays true to brand voice and identity while still driving KPIs Collaborate with external agency and freelance partners — briefing them clearly, giving timely creative direction and feedback on their work, and holding it to the same bar as in-house output Guide creative approach across the full range of performance channels — paid social, organic/owned, CTV, print Set a quality bar rooted in brand consistency and performance, not perfection — helping the team know when something's ready to ship versus when it needs another pass, given the speed and volume DR/growth work demands. Champion AI-assisted workflows: identify where generative AI tools can speed up ideation, scripting, storyboarding, rough-cut editing, and asset variation, and coach the team on effective prompting and tool use To thrive in this role, you have 8-10+ years in performance creative, including experience leading, mentoring, or managing designers, copywriters, and/or video editors (player-coach experience preferred) Strong concepting and ideation skills in addition to design execution — proven ability to originate creative territories, not just produce against a given brief Multi-disciplinary fluency: working knowledge of short-form video editing (hooks, pacing, UGC-style production) and copywriting fundamentals (hooks, CTAs, tone) — enough to give sharp, credible feedback outside your core craft Deep fluency in cultural and social trends, and a track record of translating them into performance creative Experience balancing brand guidelines with performance requirements, partnering cross-functionally with brand/marketing teams Experience managing or directing external agency, freelance, or vendor creative partners Experience across print, in addition to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Mobile, and Google Experience directing or being on set for lightweight, fast-turn UGC-style production shoots — not mandatory, but a plus. AI-native fluency: hands-on comfort prompting and directing AI tools (e.g., generative image/video, AI-assisted editing, script or copy drafting) to support ideation and production, with the judgment to know where AI speeds things up and where it doesn't — not mandatory, but a strong plus. #LI-AM1 #LI-Hybrid A little about us At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress. GTM Programs Manager, AMER
AnthropicFull time · San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY · On site
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's GTM Programs team turns our most strategic go-to-market priorities into structured, measurable programs that make our field the most successful they can be, thereby ensuring our customers' experience with our products is nothing short of exceptional. The team serves as a core strategic business partner function to the GTM organization, playing a critical role in driving growth and operational excellence, and in accelerating the safe adoption of frontier AI across the world's leading enterprises. We're looking for a dynamic operator: a senior individual contributor who will serve as a trusted advisor to AMER Sales Leadership, driving strategic initiatives across Anthropic's GTM organization and owning a portfolio of programs end to end. You'll build a deep understanding of our organization and priorities, where we are and where we're going, and turn that vision into plans you execute: data-driven in determining what needs to happen, creative in how you design each program, and outcomes-driven in ensuring it drives the success of the field. You'll work across a wide variety of teams, including Sales, Strategy, Enablement, Marketing, and Partnerships, helping them operate as one team behind each program. GTM Programs is a new function, and this is one of its first hires: an opportunity to build the function, not just join it. The timing matters: every organization is deciding its AI strategy right now, and the programs this team builds shape how our field meets that moment. You'll help define what a well-run program looks like at Anthropic, operating with high autonomy. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to AMER Sales Leadership: bring data-backed insight and recommendations into their operating reviews, and shape the strategic initiatives that come out of them Own GTM programs end to end: translate leadership priorities into structured programs with clear objectives, owners, and milestones, and carry them from concept through launch, operations, and iteration with measured uplift as the outcome you're accountable for Define the measurement plan before a program launches: baseline, targets, the metrics that will show uplift, and how results will be attributed to the program Instrument every program into the GTM operating cadence, so leadership can inspect program results in the same reviews where they run the business Build the dashboards and reporting that make program performance visible at every level of the organization, from global leadership to the individual seller Package what's working (industry patterns, use cases, activation motions) into repeatable plays that sellers can run without you in the room Partner with Strategy, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to build programs once and land them consistently across the field Gather structured feedback from sellers and sales managers, and treat every launch as a hypothesis to improve on Build the templates, playbooks, and measurement infrastructure that let future programs launch instrumented by default Minimum qualifications Have designed and run sales or GTM programs end to end with measured results, and can speak to the uplift they produced, not only the activities they ran Strong analytical capabilities: fluency with CRM data and reporting (e.g., Salesforce) and BI dashboards, and a demonstrated ability to turn complex data and ambiguous, open-ended problems into clear analysis, options, and a recommendation Structured program management: plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and a decision log that keeps stakeholders on one version of the truth Have driven cross-functional initiatives to completion across teams without formal authority over any of them Communicate clearly with both sellers and senior leadership, and can make complex material simple enough for the field to act on Work effectively in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity, and are comfortable building where no process exists yet Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial Preferred qualifications Extensive experience in GTM programs, sales strategy and operations, or a consulting background with a track record of building for clients rather than only advising Hands-on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools, and comfort running and improving them at operational volume Have designed measurement or attribution frameworks for GTM motions, such as pipeline sourced and influenced models, activation funnels, or experiment designs like control groups and staged rollouts Strong understanding of GTM data and the drivers behind it Have run pipeline generation, activation, or adoption programs and can quantify their impact Have worked inside or alongside a sales organization's operating cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, account reviews) and know how to make program results legible within it Have built industry or vertical GTM plays, or use-case-based selling motions, and understand how to package them for a field organization Experience at a company selling technical or AI products, and an understanding of how enterprises evaluate, adopt, and scale AI Have been an early hire in a new function or team and helped define how it operates The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $270,000—$310,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Toast is a rapidly growing company that's revolutionizing how the restaurant industry does business by pairing technology with an extraordinary commitment to customer success. We help restaurants streamline operations, increase revenue, and deliver amazing guest experiences through our platform that combines restaurant point of sale, team management, guest-facing technology, and award-winning customer support. Join us as we empower the restaurant community to delight guests, do what they love, and thrive. We're looking for an engineer to help build and scale Toast's earnings platform — systems that calculate tips and employee earnings for restaurant locations across Toast's network. You'll work on highly visible, mission-critical infrastructure that powers Tips Manager, one of Toast's growing products, while laying the groundwork for a broader earnings calculation platform that will determine paychecks for employees everywhere Toast operates. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with event-driven systems built on Kotlin, gRPC, Apache Pulsar, and DynamoDB. We're building a new source of truth for employee earnings — from real-time tip pooling and redistribution to wage calculation and earnings retrieval — and we care deeply about getting the math right: our systems directly influence what employees take home. If you're excited to build calculation infrastructure where correctness and scale matter in equal measure, and where the work has a real impact on product revenue and employee livelihoods, we'd love to hear from you. About this roll*: As a Software Engineer on our team, you will: Help shape our tip and earnings calculation platform — building the systems that determine how restaurant employees are paid, starting with Tips Manager and expanding toward a full earnings source of truth. Build, run, and improve core backend services alongside a collaborative, supportive team. Be a part of the organization with a strong focus on engineering culture and full end-to-end ownership. Participate across the full development lifecycle — design, estimation, implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment — while learning and applying best practices for building correct, reliable calculation systems at scale. Ship code that directly impacts Tips Manager revenue and the accuracy of earnings for restaurant employees across Toast's network. Partner with product and design to influence what we build and how we build it. Participate in thoughtful code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback. Do you have the right ingredients*? Experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages (such as Java, Kotlin, or similar). An appreciation for precision and correctness — when the output drives someone's paycheck, getting the calculation right matters. Willingness to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance through logging and metrics. Ability and motivation to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solve real problems. A hunger to take on challenging problems where correctness and scale go hand in hand. Above all, we’re looking for a strong engineer with solid fundamentals. This role is for a current vacancy. Software Engineer, Full Stack
PendoFull time · Raleigh, NC · On site
Software Engineer, Full Stack The Team + The Role Pendo spent a decade helping companies understand how people use their software. Agents are the next surface, and this team builds the product for it: customers install Pendo on their own agentic systems, including MCP servers, agent frameworks, and copilots, and Pendo shows them what those agents are actually doing. The team helps customers understand which tools get called, where calls fail, where a contract confuses the model, and what to fix next. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will own features end to end across the service, interface, and the seam between them. You will work across Go services, Vue interfaces, install experiences, instrumentation, telemetry, and LLM-backed product capabilities. You will start with well-shaped problems and take on progressively more ambiguous work as you build context, writing code others can operate and raising issues early when a spec does not match reality. This role is based in our Raleigh office. What this looks like day-to-day Full-stack feature delivery: Ship full-stack features end to end across Go services and Vue interfaces. You will work across backend and frontend boundaries to build product experiences that are reliable, usable, and ready for production. Customer install and instrumentation: Build the install and instrumentation experience customers drop into their own agentic systems. Your work should be quick to adopt, hard to get wrong, and light enough to run in production. Agent behavior visibility: Capture agent behavior and make it legible for customers. You will help expose tool calls, failures, latency, and the places where a model and a tool contract talk past each other. LLM-backed product development: Work on LLM-backed features including prompt and context design, tool calling, evaluation, and related failure modes. You will use hands-on judgment from building with models to improve how customers debug and understand agent behavior. Safe, incremental shipping: Ship in small increments behind feature flags and test to the level of product and technical risk. You will use tools such as Jest and Cypress while accounting for non-deterministic model output. Production ownership: Own what you ship in production through logging, monitoring, fast resolution, and follow-up work that reduces recurrence. You will write code others can operate and support. AI-enabled workflow: Use AI tools as a normal part of your development workflow while staying accountable for what ships. You will bring curiosity and discipline to how AI improves your speed, quality, and judgment. Team collaboration: Give useful code reviews, write documentation that survives your absence, and provide reasonable estimates for well-scoped work. You will communicate clearly when work affects other systems or people. Who You Are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Software Engineers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work. You're AI-curious - genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves 3+ years of experience shipping full-stack features to production in a SaaS environment. Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Java, Python, or C++, and one modern frontend framework such as Vue, React, or Angular. Experience designing APIs and building services on AWS or GCP against SQL databases. Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including API integration, prompt and context design, or tool calling. Professional or substantial personal work is acceptable, with evidence that you have built something and learned where it breaks. Experience with Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), LLM evaluation tooling Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests based on risk, with comfort using safe rollout patterns such as feature flags and canary releases. Demonstrated ability to take a well-scoped problem to production independently. Active use of AI tools in your development workflow. Strong written communication skills and a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Nice-to-haves Experience building or operating an MCP server or comparable agent tooling. Experience shipping SDKs or instrumentation libraries that customers install into their own systems, including the versioning and overhead discipline that work requires. Experience with analytics or observability products that turn a high volume of events into something a person can act on. Vue or data visualization tools such as Highcharts or D3. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success.
